Tagliatelle al Salmone

Instructions:

Dice the salmon into 2 - 3 cm cubes. Half the cherry tomatoes. Salt and boil around 1.2 l of water for the pasta. Once the water is boiling add the pasta. In the meantime, melt the butter in a pan. Fry the salmon with salt and pepper in a pan for 5 minutes on high (5/6) heat. Around 30 seconds before the pasta is done, add the heavy cream to the pan. Add the pasta to the pan. Add the dill, parsley and cherry tomatoes. Plate. Enjoy.

Notes:

May need some lemon juice.
