- 125.0 g Ground Beef
- 1.0 pcs Brioche Buns
- 20.0 g Arugula
- 0.5 pcs Onion
- 25.0 g Brie
- 10.0 g Mayonnaise
- 1.0 g Salt
- 1.0 g Black Pepper
- 10.0 ml Sunflower Oil

Instructions:
Caramelize onions in a pan on low heat (2/6) for roughly 45 minutes. Toast the buns with mayonnaise. Form a burger patty from the ground beef. Season both sides with salt and black pepper. Grill / fry the patty on high heat (5/6). Flip the patty once after some crust has formed, add the brie and cover so the cheese can melt. Add mayonnaise to the bun and assemble the burger.
