Instructions:

Slice the spring onion, mince the garlic. Add everything in a bowl bar the olive oil and mix with hands. Heat the olive oil in a pan (5/6). Make roughly 3 balls from the mixture and add the to the pan. Fry on both sides till they are brown.

Notes:

Goes very well with a garlicy yoghurt sauce or curd.
