Ingredients for 1 Portion:

Instructions:

Heat up a pan. Add olive oil. Add chopped onion. Add chopped bell pepper. Add chopped tomatoes. Add garlic. Add spices (paprika powder, cumin, coriander powder). Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Make dents in the surface of the mixure and add the eggs into it. Cover pan and let the eggs set. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy with some arabic bread.

Notes:

Optionally you can also add a spicy pepper to the dish.
