- 1.0 Brioche Buns
- 20.0 g Arugula
- 0.5 Onion
- 25.0 g Brie
- 10.0 g Mayonnaise
- 1.0 g Salt
- 1.0 g Black Pepper
- 10.0 ml Sunflower Oil

Instructions:
Caramelize onions in a pan for roughly 45 minutes. Toast the buns with mayonnaise. Form a burger patty from the ground beef. Season both sides with salt and black pepper. Grill / fry the patty. Flip the patty once after some crust has formed, add the brie and cover so the cheese can melt. Add mayonnaise to the bun and assemble the burger.
