Instructions:

Take the salmon out of the fridge and season it with salt and black pepper. Leave the salmon out of the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes. Heat a pan to medium-high heat (4/6). Add the sunflower and the olive oil to the pan. Place the salmon in the pan. Leave it for 5 minutes. In the mean time prepare the glazing. Add honey, the juice of the lemon, minced garlic (1 clove), chili flakes, and dill to a bowl and mix. After 5 minutes flip the salmon on the other side. Leave it for 1 minute. Start slowly pouring the honey glazing over the salmon. Baste the salmon in the sauce from the pan. after 4 minutes (10 minutes total), take the salmon out of the pan and serve.
