Ingredients for 12 Portions:

Instructions:

Melt the chocolate and the butter over a hot water bath. Once melted let it cool for 10 minutes at room temperature. Put everything in a bowl and mix till smooth. Preheat the oven at 190°C/375°F top and bottom heat. Fill a muffin tray to roughly two thirds. Bake for 10 minutes exactly. Serve hot.

Notes:

In the unlikely case there are some muffins left, reheat the muffins for 20 seconds in the microwave before serving.
