
Ingredients for 2 Portions:
- 2.0 Arabic Bread
- 500.0 g Spined Loach (Fish)
- 20.0 g Garlic
- 2.0 Onion
- 6.0 Tomatoes
- 15.0 g Ginger
- 3.0 g Salt
- 1.0 g Paprika Powder
- 2.0 g Cumin
- 2.0 g Coriander Powder
- 1.0 g Chilli Flakes
- 10.0 ml Sunflower Oil
- 2.0 g Tumeric
- 1.0 g Fennel Seeds
- 1.0 g Cinnamon Powder
- 2.0 g Garam Masala

Instructions:
Cut the fish in bite sized pieces. Dice onions and tomatoes. Finely mince garlic and ginger. Fry the fish in the oil in a pot to roughly 50% doneness on medium heat. Take the fish out and add onions, garlic and ginger till slightly brown. Add the tomatoes and let every cook down for a bit. Mix every few minutes. Add the spices and the salt. Add the fish and let it cook for 15 minutes. Serve the dish with some Arabic bread.
Notes:
Any other fish is also possible. A good substitution for bread is basmati rice.
