Fish Masala

Ingredients for 2 Portions:

Instructions:

Cut the fish in bite sized pieces. Dice onions and tomatoes. Finely mince garlic and ginger. Fry the fish in the oil in a pot to roughly 50% doneness on medium heat. Take the fish out and add onions, garlic and ginger till slightly brown. Add the tomatoes and let every cook down for a bit. Mix every few minutes. Add the spices and the salt. Add the fish and let it cook for 15 minutes. Serve the dish with some Arabic bread.

Notes:

Any other fish is also possible. A good substitution for bread is basmati rice.
