
Ingredients for 2 Portions:
- 180.0 g Spaghetti
- 200.0 g Salmon Filet
- 1.0 Lemon
- 50.0 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 200.0 g Cream
- 10.0 ml Olive Oil
- 1.0 g Salt
- 1.0 g Black Pepper
- 0.5 Red Onion
- 1.0 g Dill

Instructions:
Put some lemon zest in a bowl. Slice half of the lemon to line a baking tray with it. Put the salmon on to of the lemon slices. Season salmon with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bake salmon for 18 minutes in at 190°C/375°F. Cook spaghetti for 1 minute less than given on the packaging in salty water. Finely dice the onions. Put some olive oil in a pan and sauté the onions. Add the cream, the lemon zest, salt, pepper, dill, the cherry tomatoes and one ladle of pasta water. Add the salmon and break it up into bite size chunks. Add the spaghetti and some lemon juice. Combine. Plate. Enjoy.
