Instructions:

Roast coarsely cracked black pepper on medium heat, boil spaghetti 1 minutes less than required. Put one ladle of pasta water 1 minute before the spaghetti is ready in the pan with the black pepper. Put some pasta water on the grated pecorino romano and mix it into a paste. Transfer the spaghetti to the pan with the pepper. Add the pecorino romano sauce. Mix to perfection, plate it and garnish it with some more freshly cracked pepper.
