
Ingredients for 2 Portions:
- 300.0 g Salmon Filet
- 80.0 g Feta
- 60.0 ml Olive Oil
- 1.0 Red Onion
- 2.0 Lemon
- 100.0 g Cherry Tomatoes
- 0.5 Cucumber
- 20.0 g Kalamata Olives
- 15.0 g Garlic
- 3.0 g Salt
- 3.0 g Black Pepper
- 2.0 g Oregano
- 2.0 g Dill

Instructions:
Put diced feta, minced garlic, halved cherry tomatoes, minced Kalamata olives, 0.5 diced onion, diced cucumber into a bowl. Add olive oil, the juice of half of a lemon, dill, oregano, salt, and pepper and combine. For the salmon pre-heat the oven to 190°C / 375°F. Take a baking dish, line the bottom with lemon and onion slices. Put the salmon filet on top. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes. Put it on a plate and top it off with the feta mixture.
Notes:
Some couscous or bulgur makes a great side to the dish.
