Ingredients for 2 Portions:
- 7.0 Tomatoes
- 75.0 g Garlic
- 2.0 Red Onion
- 50.0 g Cashews
- 15.0 ml Olive Oil
- 2.0 g Salt
- 2.0 g Black Pepper
- 15.0 g Basil
- 30.0 ml Coconut Milk

Instructions:
Half the tomatoes, onions and the bulb of garlic and place on a baking trey. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Put into oven for 40 minutes at 200°C / 395°F. Add the baked ingredients with the coconut milk, cashews and basil into a blender and blend till smooth.
