Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Instructions:

Boil pasta. Add olive oil to a medium hot pan and add sliced garlic. Take about one ladle full of pasta water and add to the pan. Add the pasta to the pan. Mix and toss the pasta till the water and the oil has emulsified. Serve.

Notes:

Add some pepperoncino or chili flakes for some heat and some parsley for earthy flavor and color. Also some Parmigiano Reggiano elevates this dish.
