Avocado Burger

Instructions:

Toast the buns. Make a sauce out of the mayonnaise, jalapeño, cilantro, red onions and the juice of the lime. Use a blender. Grill/fry the beef patty. Flip the patty once. Assemble the burger with the sauce, half of an avocado and a slice of tomato.

Notes:

Make the burger vegan by substituting the mayonnaise and the beef patty with vegan alternatives.
