- 1.0 Brioche Buns
- 50.0 g Mushrooms
- 0.5 Onion
- 20.0 g Spinach
- 25.0 g Emmental
- 20.0 g Mayonnaise

Instructions:
Caramelize the onions. Toast the buns with the mayonnaise on. Sautee the mushrooms. Grill/fry the beef patty. After flipping the patty, add the cheese. Add more mayonnaise to the buns. Assemble the burger.
Notes:
In case of aversion towards the consistency of mushrooms, chop the mushrooms and mix them with the mayonaise.
